Does the customer need an app to open a card’s link?
No separate KONEK app is needed to open a website link on a compatible NFC phone. Staff use the KONEK Android app for registered loyalty card identification at the counter.
Can one loyalty card work at every business?
A registered loyalty card works only at the business that issued it, including its branches. Customer verification still protects account actions and reward redemption.
Do I need to buy cards to use KONEK loyalty?
No. Customers can use their phone number and PIN. Explore the loyalty program first and add cards when you’re ready.
How much do custom cards cost?
Physical cards are priced by quote based on your order. Card orders are separate from website early access. Sending an inquiry doesn’t confirm an order or take a payment.
